Adult themed and offensive domain names are allowed as long as they do not insinuate grossly illegal activities.
When listing your domain, you are typically allowed to choose two categories. An adult themed domain name with First Category chosen as 'Adult/XXX' selection will not be shown on Front Page. Domain names with Second Category chosen as 'Adult/XXX' will be shown on Front Page.
If your domain name is considered offensive, you must select 'Adult/XXX' as First Category. If your domain name insinuates an adult theme but not offensive domain name, then select 'Adult/XXX' as Second Category. In this scenario, if you are unsure about the First Category, 'General/Custom' is usually chosen for First Category. This will allow your domain name to be shown on the Front Page as well.
When considering what kind of domain names are allowed for making 'Adult/XXX' as Second Category (therefor allowing to be shown on Front Page), think about whether you think the domain name is offensive. Just having the word 'sex' or 'porn' does not make it offensive. However, in combination with other words to make an obscenely graphic term, then that domain name would be subject to First Category selection of 'Adult/XXX'.
